Galatians
Finished 5 bases of Galatians/Celts last night. These are Warlord Games minis. These are the first 28mm I've used the 'magic dip' on. They turned out pretty decent. I've missed the odd highlight or two, but they decent for wargaming.

Those look good! I'm glad the dip worked okay. Need some stripes and checks to mix them up!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I know. I'm not overly confident in my ability to do stripes and especially checks without it looking like crap. They do look rather plain. .
ReplyDeleteStripes are just practice and luck. Five stripes on the front and back of the tunic and three on each side of the sleeve. Using contrasting paint, don't ass around with highlights of overpainting stripes at the beginning and have faith in the dip to save all!
